This is what I ended up making for dinner, along with a big salad, and the leftovers of takeout chinese food from the weekend. I stuck with this and the salad, and feel a little less bloated up with MSG as a result!
I cooked up some onions and garlic in olive oil, added cooked new potatoes, zucchini, salt and pepper, and threw in a big bunch of lovely spinach from the farmers market downtown, and cooked it until heated through and wilted.
For the salad I made a dressing with tahini, water, lemon juice, yet more garlic, and chopped dill. I mixed it to a runny consistency so that it could be poured over the salad. All quite simple but yummy nonetheless!
