Hi Jenn, it is Queen's Wreath, or "Antigonon Leptopus". It is pretty but not especially drought tolerant, and I probably wouldn't go for it again in the future. I found it in Mary Irish's book "Arizona Gardeners Guide", before I was as commited as I am now to try to grow more drought tolerant plants. I learn each time I do something like this though.

I am not sure what kind of grapes they are, I just have the one vine in a pot on the patio to cover a rather ugly bit of wall. The birds really enjoyed these a day or so after the picture was taken! :)
