Hi Mo, the Swiss chard looks beautiful, great picture, you could frame that for the kitchen! It shows that Vegetables can look very attractive, anyway I like the look of vegetables. I marvel at a shiny, purple Aubergine or a dark red, fresh tomato. Your seed tray looks very neat and your vegetable patch is a credit to you.

I used swiss chard mixed in with my annuals in containers last summer and it was dynamite. I haven't figured out how to use it in the kitchen though....

Thank's Titania! I also love the look of veggies and think they offer ample photo opportunities.

Thank you Stone Art for stopping by! I will be interested to visit your lovely Irish blog more.

:) Christine! I actually have a lot of swiss chad recipes that I have collected after having such a bumper crop last year. It is firmly my favorite vegetable these days. Let me know if you need any!

Thank you Judy. :)

My very favorite green!!!! I love it simply chopped, and sauteed in olive oil with some fresh garlic. Divine! I could eat a whole plate of it that way.
